GivingTuesday, the groundbreaking global generosity movement, announced #GivingTuesdayNow, a global day of giving and unity, set to take place on May 5, 2020, as an emergency response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19. The day is designed to drive an influx of generosity, citizen engagement, business and philanthropy activation, and support for communities and non-profits around the world.
On this #GivingTuesdayNow, we would be grateful if you would consider donating personal protective equipment (PPE) or making a monetary donation to the Atrius Health Foundation in honor of all of the Atrius Health medical staff (or in honor of a particular clinician or staff member) who have been working tirelessly to provide care to our patients. Donations may also be made in memory of a loved one.

A donation to the Atrius Health Foundation is a special way to thank a provider or staff member for their outstanding service and care or to honor or memorialize a loved one.
Atrius Health is also accepting donations for its Employee Emergency Fund in support of those who are facing the direst emergencies during this crisis and beyond. Funds will are used to help Atrius Health employees during the pandemic, while on furlough, or during other personal emergencies. Donations of Homemade Masks and other Supplies
During a time of supply shortages due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have received kind requests from our patients and the community who are willing to help make homemade masks and provide additional donations. Contributions of critical supplies and equipment are appreciated by the Atrius Health community at this time. Current needs at Atrius Health include:
- Gowns — fluid-resistant
- Masks — surgical
- Eye protection — face shields of any kind
We are also currently accepting donations of homemade masks to use in the event our supply is depleted. Please visit our COVID-19 donation page for more on how to donate and instructions on how to make masks.
